Account Deletion — ZovoPay

This platform is operated by EHSAN FALCON HOLDING LIMITED ("EFH LTD"), registered in the United Kingdom (Company Registration Number: 17091849).

You may request deletion of your ZovoPay account and its associated data at any time through any of the following:

  • In-app: Settings → Account → Delete Account
  • Via this public page: zovopay.com/account-deletion
  • Email: support@zovopay.com

What happens when you request deletion

  • Your account is deactivated immediately upon identity verification, once your balance is cleared and pending transactions are resolved.
  • Personal data (name, email, phone, KYC identity documents, profile photo) is deleted or anonymised after the legally required retention period expires.
  • Financial transaction records are retained for the period required by law (anti-money laundering requirements — five years).
  • Deletion cannot proceed while the account holds a balance or has pending transactions; the balance must be cleared first.
